The City of Lakes

I arrived back in Los Angeles from my other home, Minneapolis early this morning. I had a whirlwind trip - each day was packed from early breakfast to getting home past midnight. I was able to see my best friend, Sonja, who moved to Germany over two years ago. I hadn't seen her since she moved, but we talk quite a lot. It was surreal being with her, picking things up as though we had seen each other just the day before. I feel like that is a good sign in friendship - being able to start where you left off.

Here Sonja and I are in a park by her house:

kimono/velvet tie dye jacket - goodwill
dresses & boots - vintage

I've decided that all I want in life is to always be able to spend time in Minneapolis. It is such an amazing place. I need to make more money so I can actually travel there more often.. This, I think, means I need to ask if I can work more hours at the massage parlor, or get a second (third, really) job. (slash you all should go buy stuff from Tunnel Vision)

These next few weeks will be interesting, mostly I am excited for Koreatown & for Angie to come to LA!

Peace.

PS: I added an follow by email feature on the right side!
